What is the bed made out of?

Every Good Dog Bed is made with OEKO-TEX® certified polyester fabric, CertiPUR-US® certified high-density foam for lasting support, a durable YKK® zipper, and a waterproof liner to protect against spills and accidents.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Typically, it takes 3-5 business days to ship your order. Once it ships it will deliver between 1-5 days via Fedex.

What is your return policy?

If you have received your Good Dog Bed and have not yet opened the vacuum seal, you are eligible for a return or an exchange for a different size. To qualify for a return or exchange, the Good Dog Bed must remain unopened and in its original vacuum seal. Additionally, covers, waterproof lining kits, blankets and all other accessories must be unused and in brand-new condition.Please note: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.To initiate a return, please request it within 14 days of delivery. If you meet these conditions and wish to return your item(s), contact us at info@gooddogbed.com for return instructions.Please note that shipping the item back to our Good Dog Bed warehouse will be at the customer's expense. Once your return is received, we will notify you via email. After inspection, if the item is unused and in brand-new condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. If you prefer to set up an exchange instead, let us know at info@gooddogbed.com.Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your statement. If you do not see your approved refund after this period, please contact us.

We don’t accept returns or exchanges, but that’s because we truly believe your dog is going to love their bed. Every Good Dog Bed is thoughtfully made and built to last. If anything isn’t right when your bed arrives, just let us know and we’ll take care of it.

Do you offer any type of Warranty?

Good Dog Bed provides a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, as well as a 10-year warranty against sagging of the memory foam.This limited warranty covers defects arising from faulty workmanship or materials. Please note that Good Dog Bed is not responsible for any damages resulting from failure to adhere to care instructions.If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@gooddogbed.com and we will be happy to arrange a replacement.Our warranty does not cover:Normal wear and tear resulting from regular washing and intended use.Damages caused by rough handling or aggressive use by pets, including bites, rips, burns, tears, marks resulting from scratching, stains, and liquid or moisture damage.Damage arising from commercial use, such as in hotels or retail environments.Damage incurred by using the cover on a bed that is not a Good Dog Bed. Covers designed for our beds may become stretched or ill-fitting if placed over incompatible products.
